The free public pages do not require an account. For a paid email brief from one of the six Signal services, checkout takes place on Waffo. PublicSift receives the buyer email, product, order reference, payment and subscription status, and related event timestamps from Waffo to start, deliver, pause, or stop the brief. PublicSift does not receive payment-card numbers. We use the buyer email to send the purchased brief and essential service messages, and keep delivery, suppression, and source-baseline records needed to operate the service. You can stop our emails through the link in each message; to stop future billing, cancel in the Waffo customer portal.
For an API Change Watch or Partner Program Watch monthly subscription, Waffo handles checkout and automatic renewal. If a purchase occurs, PublicSift receives the buyer and order details needed to activate, deliver, pause, or stop the purchased email service. PublicSift uses source-check, review, publication, delivery, and suppression records to operate the service within its stated scope. We do not receive payment-card numbers. You can stop emails through the message link; to stop future billing, cancel in the Waffo customer portal.
Public records
PublicSift products organize selected information from public sources. Public availability does not remove the need to use information responsibly. Questions or supported correction requests should identify the relevant product, record, and official source.
External services
Cloudflare hosts the sites and stores the service records. Waffo handles checkout, recurring billing for the separately purchased email services, and buyer-portal actions; Resend processes purchased email briefs and delivery events where applicable. Links within PublicSift services may lead to official public-data or first-party provider sources. Those external services have their own privacy practices.
