Research use
These terms cover the PublicSift brand site and eight linked research services: six public-record Signal services, API Change Watch, and Partner Program Watch. They support research using selected public or first-party sources; they do not provide legal, compliance, investment, procurement, safety, technical, program-eligibility, or other professional advice. Use of the public pages is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Current pricing and service status
All eight public destinations are free to browse. Each of the six public-record Signal services offers a separate email research brief for USD $9 per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Waffo handles payment and automatic monthly renewal. After verified payment, PublicSift establishes a first-run baseline, then sends at most one weekly email when qualifying new or materially changed records appear in the monitored sample, plus one monthly monitoring-status email. An official-source link is included for optional verification. Each email brief is purchased separately; no daily email or complete-market coverage is promised. Use the checkout email in the Waffo customer portal to cancel future renewal. Pausing or unsubscribing from PublicSift emails does not itself stop Waffo billing.
API Change Watch and Partner Program Watch each offer a separate USD $9/month automatically renewing email subscription, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. Waffo handles payment and renewal. Coverage is limited to the public sources listed by each service and is not real-time or exhaustive. A weekly change email is sent only when source checks are healthy and verified, approved, published changes exist; a monthly email reports monitoring status. Use the checkout email in the Waffo customer portal to cancel future renewal. Unsubscribing from emails alone does not stop Waffo billing. Review each service’s own current terms before purchase.
Refunds
Waffo is the merchant of record for the email-brief purchases. Refund requests can be submitted through the Waffo customer portal under Waffo buyer terms. For a delivery problem or a suspected billing error, contact [email protected] with the order reference; do not send payment-card details by email. This section does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Responsible use
Users are responsible for complying with applicable outreach, privacy, marketing, procurement, records, and industry requirements. Do not use PublicSift to harass, deceive, discriminate unlawfully, misuse personal information, impersonate a public agency, interfere with the sites, or harvest content in a way that violates applicable law or source terms.
Violations and access restrictions
If we reasonably identify misuse of the sites or a material breach of these terms, we may limit or suspend access, block abusive requests, remove submitted material if any, or take other proportionate steps needed to protect the service, sources, and other users. We may act promptly where there is a security or legal risk. You may ask us to review a restriction at [email protected].
No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes
Public data and derived signals may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, corrected, or unavailable. A signal is not confirmation of a lead, customer need, opening, contract action, inspection outcome, award, or commercial result. Users should verify information with the official source before relying on it.
Independent service
PublicSift is not affiliated with the public agencies or data publishers referenced by its products unless explicitly stated. Agency names and source descriptions identify the underlying records; they do not indicate endorsement.
Availability and changes
Services, coverage, filters, and data availability may change. PublicSift may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue a service when its source data or operating conditions change. Material changes to paid-service terms, if any, will be disclosed before they apply to a purchase; future recurring charges require a checkout acceptance.
