1. Information we process
ChatGPT sign-in supplies a Site-specific user ID, email and optional basic profile details. Orders are associated with that user ID. We do not receive ChatGPT conversation history or store your login password. Our order database retains the user ID, order/product/collection references, currency, checkout session and expiry, payment/refund amounts, status, timestamps and duplicate-prevention records. It does not store the buyer email, billing address or card details. Waffo Pancake and its payment providers handle information entered at checkout; PublicSift does not handle or store payment card data.
Language, favorites, comparison selections and saved purpose-brief text remain in browser storage. Editing and export run in your browser; the current editor does not upload your text as a server document. Downloads stay on your device. Support correspondence includes information you send us. Hosting, sign-in and security services may process IP addresses, request times, browser information and errors.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
Account and transaction processing provides the purchased service and assistance. Minimal security processing protects the service and prevents fraud or duplicate events; legal records fulfill applicable obligations. You control optional local preferences. We do not sell personal information, use advertising pixels or third-party analytics SDKs, train models with your layout input, or conduct behavioral advertising.
3. Providers and international processing
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the website, OpenAI provides ChatGPT sign-in, Waffo Pancake handles payments, and email handles support. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable policies and transfer arrangements. We share information only as needed for delivery, security, support or legal requirements. See the privacy policies of OpenAI, Cloudflare and Waffo. Your editor text is not sent to third-party AI models by the current service.
4. Browser storage and safeguards
Hosting and authentication use necessary session and security mechanisms. Free features can be used anonymously. You can sign out, reset preferences or clear Site data; this may remove favorites and affect sign-in. We use HTTPS, per-account authorization and signed payment notification checks. No online service is completely secure. We will provide required incident notifications under applicable law.
5. Retention
Local preferences last until you reset them or clear browser storage. Purchase records are retained to honor collection access, resolve disputes and fulfill applicable recordkeeping duties. We respond to verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days, delete information no longer needed and not legally required, or explain remaining retention. Removing the account/order association can prevent purchase restoration; we explain that before deletion. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve the issue, associated disputes and necessary obligations. Hosting and payment providers manage their own records under their policies.
6. Rights and communications
Subject to applicable law, you may seek information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing or withdraw consent to optional processing. Contact the privacy email; we request only verification needed to handle your request. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. We currently send no marketing emails; receipts, security notices and support replies are service communications.
7. Age and updates
Paid services are for adults or legally authorized purchasers, and we do not target collection of personal data from people under 18. Contact us about information supplied without appropriate authorization. The page date identifies updates; material changes will be explained in advance through the website or an appropriate contact channel. External font sources and other linked services have their own policies.
