Refund policy
The USD 19 collection is a one-time digital purchase. Waffo Pancake / Waffo.com Limited handles payments and refunds under its Buyer Terms and applicable law. We impose no conflicting additional refund restriction.
The current Waffo terms allow refund requests within 120 days of delivery. Use the buyer portal linked in your receipt or Waffo support. PublicSift can help at [email protected]; provide your purchase email, order reference and issue details, never full card information.
A request is reviewed rather than automatically approved. The provider considers defects, misdescription, genuine billing errors and access failures attributable to the service, alongside legal requirements. Approved refunds use the original payment method; the current provider terms give a processing target of 14 business days after approval, with bank posting time varying.
A completed full refund ends further online delivery. A pending request is not treated as completion. Downloaded files are not remotely deleted and original font licenses remain applicable. Mandatory consumer and withdrawal rights are preserved; rules for digital content already accessed depend on applicable law and the provider terms. Refer to the version accepted at purchase.
