Terms of service
PublicSift is operated by panyu, an individual operator based in China. These terms cover the font resources, layout editor and digital collection on this website. Contact [email protected] for product, billing, refund or privacy matters. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service or purchasing. Purchasers must be adults or otherwise legally authorized to buy.
1. Free and purchased access
All 100 open-source font families, purpose recommendations and six selected complete layouts are free. The complete current 43-layout collection costs USD 19 once, including its fixes and unlimited editing and PNG, PDF and offline HTML exports. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, trial conversion or usage charge. Future separate products and expansion packs are not automatically included.
2. Payment and digital delivery
Waffo Pancake provides checkout. Its merchant of record, Waffo.com Limited, handles the payment, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds under the Waffo Buyer Terms. USD 19 is the listed product price; applicable taxes and the final total appear before payment confirmation. You authorize only that one-time checkout amount.
There are no physical goods or shipping. Sign in before purchasing. Complete access is delivered to that account after the server verifies payment. Failed, canceled or unconfirmed payments do not unlock the collection. If confirmation is delayed, refresh your account or contact support with your order reference. Sign in to the same account to restore access on another device. Downloads remain on your device.
3. Licenses and your content
You may edit layouts for personal and commercial projects and deliver your own finished work to clients. Do not share or resell account access, bypass payment controls, or redistribute the original paid collection as a competing template resource. Each font remains subject to its author's original license; these terms do not limit rights under those licenses. Font sources and licenses are available in the library and offline HTML exports. You keep rights to your own content and are responsible for its lawful use. The recommendation and editing features do not call generative AI services.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate others, infringe intellectual property or privacy, commit fraud or other unlawful acts, distribute malicious code, or interfere with security. Access may be suspended for serious abuse or legal requirements, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
5. Refunds and assistance
Requests are handled under Waffo's Buyer Terms and applicable law; see the Refund Policy for the request period and process. Provide your purchase email, order reference and issue description, never full card details, passwords or verification codes. A successful full refund ends further online delivery of the complete collection. It does not remotely delete files on your device or change original font licenses.
6. Changes and mandatory rights
The purchase covers this collection and its fixes, without promising every future product or uninterrupted website availability. Keep backups of exports. Material policy changes will be announced on the website or through an appropriate contact channel and will not retroactively reduce the delivered purchase scope. The service is provided as available, without excluding rights that applicable law requires. These product terms use the laws of the People's Republic of China, without overriding mandatory consumer protections where you live. The payment provider's terms govern its transaction services. Contact support to try to resolve problems; this does not restrict other lawful remedies.
